When you want a different pumpkin pie treat this is great.
Frozen Pumpkin Pie
1 cup pumpkin (pumpkin pie mix)
½ cup of sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 qt vanilla ice cream
1 9” baked pie shell
In a large bowl mix well pumpkin, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon. Add 1 qt. ice cream mixing well. Put mixture in a 9” baked pie shell and freeze over night.
